An Alexandrian's quick pick-me-up. Highly concentrated, this coffee is perfect for those who are trying to start their long day, or push through a long night of research.
Matcha
Grown throughout Othard, this tea is the center to multiple cultural ceremonies. That being said, this uniquely flavored tea is also popular for its multiple health benefits.
Bozjan Caravan
Despite the name, this smoky blend was actually created in Yanxia. Despite this, the taste of this import became synonymous with the Bozjan palate instead.
Agua de Tural
A wonderful tea from the bustling streets of Tuliyollal and a favorite of the Dawnservants. Steeped hibiscus flowers are strained and mixed with lime and a burst of fresh mint.
Kashmiri Chai
Coming from the Northernmost parts of Thavnair, on the other side of the mountain, this unique delicacy is coveted for it's unique pink color obtained from tea leaves.
Suutei Tsai
A favorite of Aletheia's Xaelic sister-in-law, this is a black tea made with milk, millet, and salt. It's a common hospitality drink served to guests in the Azim Steppe.
Chamomile Tea
A staple in Gridanian tea cabinets, this herbal blend is perfect for relaxing with a good book. Some even suggest Chamomile blends assist them in falling asleep!
Ishgardian Red
Classy, simple, and stately, the Ishgardian Red gets its distinct flavor profile from the noticably cooler Coerthan summers. A perfect pair for your Romance Novel.

Translating into 'problem-solving nuts', this collection of dried nuts and fruits is a popular street food found in the bustling Sapphire Avenue in Ul'dah. Easy to eat between page flips!
Con You Bing
This savory pancake is cooked up in a variety of ways down in Yanxia, made of unleavened dough and thinly sliced scallions. Thin and crispy, its light and crispy texture is sure to hit the spot!
Baklava
A Sharlayan delight! Layers of filo dough, cinnamon, pistachios, walnuts and spiced honey syrups make this a favorite amongst students and scholars.
Honey Cake
Aletheia's favorite sweet! This recipe is from Garlemald, with layers of soft honeyed cake, almonds, and sour cream frosting with lots of whipped cream on the side.
Mitarashi Dango
Not to be confused with the multicolored Hanami Dango, these rice flour dumplings are grilled and covered in a soy sauce glaze for a more savory experience. Please don't get the glaze on the books...
Lox Bagel
The smoked Bluebell Salmon from La Noscea serves as the centerpiece of this toasted everything bagel. It's served with thick cream cheese, capers, raw onion, thinly sliced cucumber and freshly torn dill.
Rolanberry Tart
A popular treat from the taverns of Mohr Dhona, these tarts are the perfect pair for just about any tea you can think of, with just the right balance of sweet and tart.
Lokum
Hailing from Ala Mihgo, this traditional sweet is made of flavored syrups, starch and various nuts. We serve orange, rosewater, lemon and pomegranate flavors!

A delightful tradition hailing from Ishgard, Sansar Atheneum is proud to present a stunning afternoon tea service. Choose between a variety of teas and enjoy a collection of carefully curated sweets, savories and fruits hailing from Gridania, La Noscea, Ishgard and Garlemald.Treats included: Choice of tea, seasonal fruits, scones with seasonal jams/jellies/clotted cream, finger sandwiches and a rotating variety of cakes and pastries.
Xyan's Chili Challenge
When Aletheia first ventured opening a venue, this piping hot bowl of chili stew meandered onto the menu at the suggestion of one of her girlfriends. The perfect thing to clear one's sinuses-- or to cause excitement in an otherwise quiet venue...

Aletheia Le'soros
Guild leader, Warrior of Light, wyrm, and wife to one of Thavnair's many princes; Aletheia has held many titles in her lifetime, and didn't imagine that 'cafe owner' would be one. But when the plot of land that Sansar Atheneum now sits on was posted for sale, she couldn't resist fulfilling a long time dream of hers: finding a place for all of her rare books for the public to enjoy. What started off as a simple project of renovating what seemed to be an old, mysterous sanctum turned into an even bigger event, and now this wyrm is ready to see where opening the doors of her newest adventure takes her.
Xyan Ejinn
Don't let her subdued, raspy voice fool you - she's got just as much energy and heart as the rest of the crew! Having arrived in Eorzea through a series of events that could only be described as luck, Xyan's big heart is only matched by her appetite...for making people happy! Nowadays she goes wherever the rivers and lakes take her, but she always makes sure she comes back to spend time with friends and come by the Atheneum! Just...beware her signature chili. Rumors suggest she can't taste the spice, hence why Aletheia had to help fix the recipe.
Aki Le'soros
If you have a problem, Aki the mammet... probably can't help you. But she has several skills programmed into her when it comes to helping around the guild! She is Aletheia Le'soros' right-hand mammet, the gears behind her guild ventures... and now, she is here to help with the cafe as well! ...Assuming she doesn't help herself too much to the snacks. Is she even supposed to eat those?
Pinpin Ririan
Pinpin is a happy-go-lucky Lalafell from Gridania who always dreamed of adventure, and upon meeting Aletheia, that dream became reality. Always willing to lend a hand, Pinpin takes on all sorts of odd jobs for the guild and jumped at the chance to help out in Aletheia's latest endeavor. When he's not on the clock or on another adventure, Pinpin can be found in his garden or studying various topics in his personal library.
Riletta Conventina
Riletta is a half siren that sort of just bumbles through life. After finally accepting her truth she is much happier though. Being friends with Aletheia, Riletta knew of her opening a place. So instead of being bored why not chat with people and help out!?~
Riletta is chatty and always smiling. If there is alcohol involved she will never stop smiling. We just won't mention her overdue guild fees to her now boss okay!
Y'suhn Unue
A sun seeker from Tural, Y'suhn crossed the high waters of the Indigo Deep where he landed in Eorzea making ends meet by any means. His talents was taken noticed by Aletheia and what began as a business exchange inevitably blossomed into an ideal friendship that would land the miqo'te as her right hand man. Unfortunately, that came with mounting responsibilities and pleading inquiries of becoming security for her new venue. Initially objecting, Y'suhn would inescapably find himself in a suit and tie he hates while scanning the floors for any unruly patrons. But when he isn't, he's normally found standing around offering quiet pleasantries and warm smiles as he lazily takes each day one yawn at a time.
